BACKGROUND HISTORY

Braimah John- Paul Amana  also known as Jaypee Swagnificent  was born into the Braimah family on October 12, 1989 as the last of nine (9) children.

The love for music in the Braimah family knows no bounds with Mr Braimah (Jays’ dad), playing  the Keyboard in church and his sister (Glowreeyah)  as a Nigerian  gospel artist. In this same light, Jaypee started rapping way back in his high school days where he formed the rap group called the “intruders” and would battle other groups in rap battles in Federal Government Boys College, Abuja.

With an ambition to own his own record label and launching of his clothing line, the “Mayor of Swagville” continues to astound his fans and audience with his Swagnificent Style and punch lines that appeal to a wide range of listeners ranging from, rap, hip hop to alternative hip hop.

BIOGRAPHY :

YUNG SLICK aka LEGEND is a fast rising and talented rap artiste . He was born  real name Emeka  Eke to the family of Mr & Mrs Eke from Abia State , eastern Nigeria  on November 17^th 1990 . he grew up in festac  in Lagos State before moving to Abuja with his family to settle in the Nation’s Capital  . Yung Slick  has been rapping since he turned 12, competing in freestyle battles while he was in secondary school. He recalls freestyling and writing flows on his note pad, while in class. Many people already swear by the rapper's talent going so far as to say he is the best rapper out of Abuja however Yung Slick or Legend as he is called by his friends & fans refuses to let it get to his head. He would rather concentrate on making good music.

Music Career :

In his relatively short professional music career he has recorded a little over 70 songs. He hit pay dirt after delivering outstanding verses on Rep Your Hood, the BoB H track peaked at #1 on the Cool Fm Abuja Top 10 chart and  Rhythm Fm and RayPower  Fm respectively . Yung Slick also has worked with the likes of Edris Abdukareem ,  Fivemics ,Ghetto P , Playboybutter , Dandil Mil and Dance hall specialist Mr Spotlyt . He has rocked stages alongside the industry's finests like Ice Prince , Magnito , Wizkid ,Dare and close friend Playboybutter. 
      He(Yung Slick) says his Inspiration comes from Life and God. He reps "BOB - H", a street in Uni Abuja which has produced top musicians like "P- SQUARE" , "FiveMICS" , "GHETTO P" & "PlayboyButter aka Zenom". Due to his unique style, tight flows, ill punchlines  coined Phrases like Put it Down , Do dat sexy and impressive delivery he has established an enviable fan base in different parts of Nigeria .

            YungSlick finally broke into the Nigeria music industry when he dropped 3 hit singles respectively  "Do that Sexy" ,"The Man" and  “I rep my Town “ his official singles under his management team “YBMH Entertainment “   this song which continues to receive airplay in top A.B.J radio stations , zoodrums radio and lagos radio stations . he also became a fan favourite and the singles stamped YungSlick as a household name and also made critics / music record executives tip him as the next big thing in rap,  his debut EP Tittled YUNG LEGEND  drops later in 2012 ,with bucket loads of talent Yung Slick is definitely one to watch. Now signed to "#YBMH Entertainment " aka Young Boyz making History or YBMH BOIZ a Fast growing Record Label  which has rapper Hot Ice and JP Swagnificent under their care . Majority of folks and industry big shot have tipped YungSlick as the leaders of the new school which has the likes of Phenom , Yung6ix , Peter Clarke , Ghetto P and many more .

World Premiere {Music} : YungSlick - Do that Sexy + The Man

YungSlick (Emeka Eke) is an upcoming rapper in the Music Industry, although according to sources, he has been rapping since he was twelve.

YungSlick grew up in Festac in Lagos State before moving to Abuja with his family to settle there. YungSlick
has been rapping since he turned 12, competing in freestyle battles while he was in secondary school. He recalls freestyling and writing flows on his note pad, while in class.
In his relatively short professional music career he has recorded a little over 50 songs. He hit pay dirt after delivering outstanding verses in 2008 when he recorded a hit single titled “BOB –H” a street anthem with superstar friends Playboy butter & Stunner man the song peaked number
1 at Cool 96.9 FM top ten charts, Rhythm Fm and Ray Power Fm respectively .
Yung Slick also has worked with the likes of Edris Abdulkareem, Fivemics, Ghetto P, Playboy butter, Dandil Mil and Dance hall specialist Mr. Spotlyt. He has rocked stages alongside the industry’s finest like Ice Prince, Magnito, Wizkid, Dare and close friend Playboy butter.
YungSlick is also a member of the YBMH(YungBoysMakingHistory) crew a hip hop group that has the likes of Hot
Ice and JpSwagnificent, which was founded by Nigerian Entertainment figure Gerry Gustavo.

He is currently working on his debut album, ‘Yung Legend EP’, which is to drop later this year, under the management of YMBH Entertainment.
He has released two singles from the album, in order for the world to get a taste of what he intends to bring out. The two singles were produced by Docktor Rex.
